Griddle station plans PDF to build an outdoor griddle table with a built-in look, for a 36 in, 28 in or 22 in tabletop flat-top griddle, from ordinary 2x4 and 2x6 lumber. If you can put together flat-pack furniture, you can build this: numbered steps with one clear drawing each, a parts list with letters, a cut list and a shopping list for each of the three sizes.
Who it is for. First-time builders with a cart griddle who can follow flat-pack instructions and want a built-in look for a fraction of the price, with a shopping list for the lumberyard.
What is included
- Easy to follow: every cut is lettered, and numbered steps show which parts and which screws go together, so you can build it like flat-pack furniture, one step at a time
- CAD files: a SketchUp-ready .dae 3D model plus DXF drawings (open them in AutoCAD, LibreCAD or FreeCAD), so you can change a size or hand the drawings to a drafter
- A printable PDF (US letter, 8.5 x 11 in) with drawings, numbered steps, cut lists and shopping lists
- 1 editable spreadsheet (.xlsx): type your griddle width, depth and cooktop height and the bay, overall width and changed cut lengths work themselves out; plus board counts and a materials cost calculator (type your local prices)
- The worksheets again as printable web pages (zipped), so you can reprint single pages any time

Please note. This is a digital download, no physical item ships. These plans are a guide only: build at your own risk. Follow your griddle manual for clearances to wood and for gas hookup, keep the propane tank upright in the vented cabinet (slat gaps, a slot at the bottom and the top, never closed in airtight) or outside, keep a noncombustible zone around the burners, and check your local rules. Use outdoor-rated lumber and exterior screws, and check every screw and joint at least once a year. The griddle, hardware and lumber are not included. Colors can look a little different on your screen and printer. For personal use only; please do not resell or share the files.
Accessories that go with it
The three sizes are drawn for the common 36 in, 28 in and 22 in tabletop flat-top griddles, including Blackstone models. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Blackstone Products. Measure your own griddle against the Measure Your Griddle sheet before you build, and check each accessory against your griddle before you order.
